Why color-code

A different lanyard color for each group lets staff, security and attendees see at a glance who is who. It speeds up check-in and makes restricted areas easier to manage.

Keep it simple

Three or four colors are usually enough: attendees, speakers, staff and VIP or press. More colors than that become hard to remember.

Keep the design the same

Use the same logo and layout on every color so the event looks consistent. Only the strap color changes.
